I recently had my old shingle roof replaced with a metal roof and gutters. The entire job was handled by Ryan Holmes Contracting. Kelly dealt with the roofing side and her son, Wade, the gutter system. There were some weather delays, thankfully after the roof deck repairs, and new underlayment installment had been completed. Once the weather cooperated the new roof went on as expected. The crews involved were hard working and on time. When they left the clean up they had done was amazing. They answered all questions (and I had many to understand their installation process). Wade then came in with his crew and installed the gutter system. I’ve had neighbors saying the house looks like a new built home now. Kelly and Wade were responsive and open to ideas. Money well spent in my book.

I recently had some roofing work done by Ryan Holmes contracting. Kelly and George were a delight to deal with. They were honest, responsive and showed up when they were supposed to. Their work is prime and I no longer have any problems. They were also sensitive to cost which was a concern for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough – the best I have dealt with in a long time. They more than go out of their way to accommodate your needs.
